iPod 4th gen Grayscale Power Off while charging (SOLVED)

I have iPod 4th gen Grayscale running r18117 and I am unable to turn off the iPod while it is connected to the charger. As soon as I take it off charge it can be shut down as expected. I am not sure if I changed some setting to make this happen but I never used to have this problem (I am not sure but it could have been introduced in r18116).

Any thoughts / suggestions on how to rectify this behaviour would be appreciated.

Just installed r18125, still can't switch it off while it is charging. I deleted my cfg file and it still will not allow me to turn of my iPod while it is on the charger. Something has obviously changed in the more recent builds.

iPods  can't be turned off while charging. Are you sure it wasn't just the backlight turning off?
