Fastest Loading Codec?

I want to create a soundboard on my iriver h10 by using the playlist function. So i will have all of the sound clips on a playlist and when i click on them i want them to load very very quickly. So i was wondering what the fastest loading codec is. flac, or a low bit rate mp3, ogg, wma. Or whatever else.

I doubt theres any measurable difference between them.

Well... a codec like SID might have a noticeable advantage just because more (all?) of your playlist could be buffered in advance so you don't have a disk spinup as often. Of course, SID isn't likely to be suitable for this purpose anyway.
