Songs wont play

OK I am back after a hiatus from rockbox gonna attemp again.  Here is where I am at now.  I have a gigabeat f20 with rockbox and my songs loaded in but they wont play either on gigabeat or computer.  Yes they are SAT files and I looked into how to encrypt them so they would play but had no luck.  If someone could walk me through this from scratch i would appreciate it, also plese let me know what files I should have under gbsystem then FWIMG that would be a help and a place to start for i feel something may be wrong there.
