More RAM for an Archos Recorder20. Where can I get some?

I want to upgrade my Recorder20 with an 8 MB RAM, but I can't find any of them on the internet.

Does anybody have some of there Hymix gm71vs65163clt5?
Or can anybody tell me where I can get these RAM?

A search on Google should bring back some results. However, the majority of stores I've seen only sell the chip in bulk, meaning they're going to expect you to buy a set number of pieces.

I'd like to get a chip as well, but I see no places that sell them in single numbers.
