Rockbox with an Aux In on car stereo?

Hi, I use Rockbox with my 4th gen grayscale ipod. Recently I got a car with an Auxiliary In port which allows me too hook up an mp3 player to the car stereo. Whenever I try hook it up with the Rockbox firmware, however, there's no sound. The original firmware works just fine. This is weird because it looks like a universal port like a standard headphone port. Anyway, is there anyway to get it working with my Rockbox ipod? Thanks in advance.

Strange indeed. I use my iPod Video on the car every day, and it works fine.

At this risk of asking the obvious, do you have the volume turned up?  When using a line level input like an auxiliary in, you should set Rockbox's volume at 0 dB.
