RockBox Cover Creator version 0.2

Hi all, first post here.  I've auto-installed Rockbox on my 5G iPod and am loving it with Amarok.  I downloaded the RockBox Cover Creator script for Amarok.  I understand it will re-size my album art and maybe even convert them to the required .bmp format.  Question is, what do I do with the script?  Do I put it somewhere?  How do I implement it?

It looks like there are a few Rockbox users on the Amarok forums, why not ask there?  It seems like this question is better suited for there anyway since it's not directly a Rockbox question.
