Why THE RUSH now with release 3.0 

The manual is missing from the download.
Rockbox is one of the better documented Open Source projects, why don't you use this advantage?
Not even a hint or link on the "releases" page...

Yes, there are some problems with this release. Most of that is caused by rockbox not having released in three years, which means we don't have the necessary routine to make things go smoothly.

We will learn from this, and the next release (which will not have to wait for three years, promise!) will be handled a lot better.

Good to see the most important parts are now gathered on the 'releases' page.
No more hunting, no need to be an 'insider' anymore.

The very optimistic plan is to do releases every 3rd month in this fashion.

"FS#5230 - Keypad HOLD doesn't let go until scrolling is used"

'Whenever the HOLD switch is turned off, the hold icon in rockbox disappears, but hold actually doesn't let go. I can't use any keys until scroling is used. Scrolling left or right is the only thing that actually switches off hold. It can be pretty annoying as I use HOLD a lot.'

and i have NO problems clicking play/pause/fast forward etc etc after i turn off hold and i dont have to use the scroll wheel as claimed in the bug report. (i.e. i dont get that issue on my e250)

Congrats on the new stable release! Works perfectly on my H10...
