i have a 5 G 80GB ipod where ae the directions to put my album artwork for the rockflow type themes where it shows the cd's cover. Please help. and if you'd like to help me yourself that would be pleasent. so i need step by step on how to get the cd cover (album artwork) on the wps that support it. I'm new to all this and i've looked aroun dand it says that you must edit things and such and i don't know where to edit it. I'm using the rockflow wps by the way so please help!!!!

Well, you could use the "Search" button in the upper right of every wiki page.

Or you could go to the wiki, where there's a link to the "DocsIndex" that says "Documentation index - Looking for something?". Since you're looking for something, I'd click it. Then when you read the next page, there's a link called "AlbumArt". Did you get this far? Or did you even go to the wiki yet?

The reason we're getting frustrated with you is that you're not telling us anything about where you're getting lost, so all evidence suggests to us that you're not making an effort to search at all. The page really isn't hard to find, and if you type "AlbumArt" in the wiki Go To box you'll even skip right to there.

i guess you helped... but seriously you need to calm down its your job to do this you should be happy i'm asking easy questions like these so quit getting mad at me its a question and im new at this and im totally lost but i kinda get it but people like you who are supposed to help jsut give attitude when your job is to help people have you ever new at something and totally lost well if not then you should ask yourself what your doing with your lifee..... answering peoples questions on forums..... wow.... i looked at it i dont even know where the parent directory is, what bit depth is and what the numbers next to it means, and i certainly dont know where to put all this stuff 

Where To Put The Images
The pictures can be stored in the same directory (.) as the track or in the parent directory (..). There can be a track-specific, album-specific or generic picture.

The order of priority is the following:

./ filename .bmp - same filename as currently playing music file
./ albumtitle .bmp - name of the album, found in metadata of the music file
./cover.bmp
/.rockbox/albumart/ artist-albumtitle .bmp
../ albumtitle .bmp
../cover.bmp

As for what to do: "Parent directory" is a common computer term. "Bit depth" means how many colors a picture has, and while you don't need to know exactly what it means, you do need to make sure the same option is set in the program you're using to save the pictures.

That list is all the possible places to save album art, depending on how you want to do it.

Look, you're going to need some fundamental computer knowledge if you plan to use Rockbox. If terms like "parent directory" or paths like "../cover.bmp" confuse you you're probably not going to be able to effectively use Rockbox.

The "right size" is whatever size your heart desires and can fit on the screen.

80x80 is the largest square, but then you have no room for a line of text above or below.
I wold use 50x50 as I would want three full-width lines @ 10 pixel font.
Then again, 50x50 album art seems kind of silly IMHO.  I'd rather have useful information on such a tiny display.

I'm paraphrasing Llorean: These guys are trying to answer a large number of peoples' questions. They do not always have time to give a detailed answer; neither are they obligated to, as they are doing this on their own free time, without any pay (money or otherwise). Sometimes it's best to just spend a few minutes searching for the answer.

When I asked about the Album Art size for the c200 version of Cabbie, I was told to look at the WPS file itself (in a text editor) and figure it out. So I went to the CustomWPS page and found the syntax, then looked at the WPS to find that the Album Art is set up to be 40x40.

I do a lot more searching for myself these days.

To blow my own trumpet, there is a text only wps in the themes c200 section of the wiki.
Soap is right 80x80 is the largest square album art you can have  on the c200.
If you have album art correctly set up the default CabbieV2 will show it but IMHO its not really any good.

Yeah, but I'm not a big fan of having 80x80 album art cropped. At least at 40x40 it looks uniform.
