As everybody has already said, it a SA by CC license (same as Johan Swetzen's original) and you're free to update this. However note that I already updated the theme to use the new %pb tag a week ago

I noticed that for sure... I included conditional viewports into the theme to display AlbumArt. Take a look and tell me if you like it or if you don't think this is needed.



I made two versions, one which either displays Next up info or AlbumArt and one which displays the waving man animation or Albumart. I wanted to do all three in one wps but as three playbars aren't working yet i couldn't. PS: I also made an icon for the repeat AB state, as you can see in one screenshot.

There was a A-B icon in the original version from Johan (have a look for Johan's photoshop sources in the original thread). For some reason I could not get it to display, so I just left it out. You're welcome to add that one.

Next info version: Looks good.
Albumart version: I  feel that albumart does not really fit together with this theme. But that's just my personal feeling.

I think that you should just put a new version with different new name, maybe P&P Remix , in the gallery, the license allows for that.

EDIT: I can't find it in the source you posted, so i'll just leave it the way i've first created it.

And finally, i changed the look of the player in the Menu.

I have to say that I prefer this theme without album art as well.  I don't think it preserves the feel of a notebook page.  And the Gigabeat theme should definitely have the cross instead of the scroll wheel, so thanks for changing that.

Just the other day I was thinking about the cross (but I first need to find another copy of photoshop, my only windows machine is from work. And I got a new one, Vista but I never asked to get photoshop installed)

Hey, i think i created the most complex wps code ever made  
I worked around a bit and now the AA theme supports nextsonginfo, whenever the playstate is not 'play' and the waving man animation is shown, also on the same conditions
