Cannot detect my 4gb Micro SDHC

The point was you aren't expected to memorize it, but if you want to know how to do something you're expected to look for it in the manual first. I'm pretty sure simply searching for the "copy" function would've done that for you.

In fact the forum has specific guidelines saying you should reference the manual first.

JEJ:
Ok I'll double check next time.

Does anyone know how long it takes to transfer 2 Gb from the HD to the microsd card? When I transfered the songs in the Sansa HD to the Hard Disk on my computer it took about 25 minutes.

I think you'll get between 2 and 4 MB/second

JEJ:
Ok my MicroSd card finally arrived and I transferred the files using RB's cut / paste function. It worked like clockwork and I didn't need to buy any aditional external reader.

One more advantage of Rockbox.

EDIT:
Ok so after playing around with the new files i noticed some were untagged and wanted to fix them using MP3tag, so I connected the Sansa to the computer in MSC mode and the Removable Drive shows up but when I click on it, it says "insert disk".

Is there anything else that needs to be done to access the card through the computer?

It won't, the whole point of the copying and pasting was that your Sansa will not recognise the card in the OF, and subsequently will not/cannot read it in usb mode! use rockbox to copy all of your files back to the players flash memory, use your tagging software and then move them all back again! Tedious as it is, this is currently the only way to do it without a card reader!
