sansa e280 button problems *FIXED

my sansa e280 will not skip songs in thw wps, amd whenever i push skip it fast fowards in the song. I can get it to skip sometimes while holding the menu button, but that doesn't work half the time. I think rockbox is reading my single button press as a button hold.

Is there a way to fix it? Do other people have this problem?
