I think you're all heading the wrong direction... as rockbox was installed and working, the drive must be FAT32, no way it changed to NTFS by itself. Windows will probably (by default) assume NTFS before it starts looking at the drive. So no bad spots on the drive or wrong partition, but just an inaccessible drive...
From reading the history, I would assume the disk or connection to the disk has gone bad, maybe something else in the path between disk and mainboard. I'm afraid you're on your own, you'll need to find out what went wrong with the disk or connection.

thats what i assumed was that it was the motherboard or the connection. maybe ill buy an old broken h10 and mix and match some parts
