Installation help!!

I just bought a brand new 80 gig ipod video. I loaded the rockbox package and the fonts and they loaded without a problem, but when I go to put the loader that opens it to rockbox when you turn the ipod on it says that there isn't a ipod connected to the computer, even though if I go into computer the drive is right there. I am running vista instead of windows though. Any suggestions?? Thanks!!

Sorry I just looked around at the other post's and realized that it wont work on mine because it's a sixth gen. Do you know if a rockbox is being developed that will run on the new ones??
