Syncing with iTunes

I figured out how to do the dual boot feature. But how do I sync with iTunes to transfeer new music to my ipod. I need to be able to do this because I have to dual boot to OEM everytime i plug my ipod into my Pioneer Ipod Interface in my car in order to control it. I checked the manual, but know luck.

Rockbox doesn't change how the original firmware and iTunes interact.

So when im boot into OEM, everything is the same as before I put rockbox on my ipod?

But now whenever I connect my ipod to my computer (when OEM), it doesn't connect to my computer.

Try rebooting into disk mode by holding down select and play and then connecting it.  I've noticed myself that Vista tends to find my ipod as "Rockbox Media Player" or something similar and not recognize it as being an ipod when I just connect it without manually going to disk mode first.  This doesn't happen on Linux or XP for me, just Vista.
