Changing font size in recording screen (iriver h120)

Is there a way to change the fontsize of the while-recording-screen? (make it bigger)

Seems to stay the same no matter which theme or fontsize I select.
(I'm using latest build r17900)

At the moment the recording screen can't be changed.  There are plans to make it more customizable, though.  If you search the forums you'll find a thread gathering suggestions.

Yes, as soon as the recording screen is converted to viewports the fontsize will be whatever you set it to

Since I haven't visited Rockbox for quite some time, is there more info on viewports (current status/time schedule) available?
