Where's my status bar (new install)

I've just installed rockbox on my e260 and while most everything seems to be working well, the now playing screen consists of a background picture, and some very basic info and graphics. THe status bar seems very very basic. I don't see anything like I see in the theme pictures. I've tried acotil_blue, and iPod_vision.
Any ideas? Do I need a patch? I'm using version r17883-080629

Those themes are most likely out of date and get rejected by the wps parser due to errors. A couple of days ago a commit broke existing themes. Use the shipped themes instead and / or fix the mentioned ones.

Well, this probably explains my problem....
I updated my e250 the other day and suddenly the album art was gone.   I've tried a couple of different themes (EasyBlue, etc.) but can't get it back 

Re-installing the themes didn't help either...
