ok now im at the part where it tells me to click where i want rockbox's files to be installed in what do i click??

I don't see that in the instructions.  Could you be more specific?

Please don't send me PMs, getting help in public helps everyone in the long run.  You need to follow these instructions: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaE200RInstallation.  Rockbox Utility does not work with the Rhapsody models.

it says it couldnt find any usb busses? and my mp3 player is in recovery mode not manufacturing mode?! and which button is the select button

The manuals have illustrations of the players with the buttons labelled.  On the e200 the select button is one in the middle of the wheel.

alright i followed the directions of the e200 patcher and my mp3 player came on with a blank black screen with my wheel light tyurned on and it still says it cannot find the usb busses

If you want people to help you need to explain exactly what you've done so far, what exact error messages you're receiving, and what program is giving you the messages.
