installing new Theme On Rockbox Ipod 5G video Help?

I am new to this and I need some help, I am trying to install http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/WpsIpod5g#PenPaper_with_AA_and_Nextsong

Can someone please give me a step but step help or point me to something that would help? I am at a loss.

Unzip the file to the root of your player. Usually a theme zip should expand correctly then. I had a short look at this theme and it looks like it's containing another folder -- you need to extract it so that the .rockbox folder contained in the zip goes to the root of your player (i.e. the same as if extracting a build manually)
