iPod 80GB Play/Pause, Previous, Next Buttons not working while playing

Since I updated Rockbox a few weeks ago, I am not able to pause or skip tracks while playing music.  Pressing MENU does take me back to the menu, but Play/Pause >||, Previous <<| and Next >>| buttons do nothing.

When I boot into the Apple firmware everything works normally (other than the fact that I can't play my large library of OGG format music).

Is this a bug or do I have something configured incorrectly?

Did you turn Party Mode or Study Mode on?  Both of those features will cause prev/next to act differently.

As an aside, you should always be using the absolute latest build before reporting problems too - not one from weeks ago.

Busted.  Party mode it is.  I must have turned that on thinking it was something like similar modes in other player applications (which autofill the now-playing when you get to the end of a playlist).  I'll have to check the docs on what Party and Study modes actually do?
