Problems With Latest H10 20gb Build?
Old Schooler:
I just downloaded and installed via BockBox utility, the latest build, iriver
Version: r17774-080623, and when I tried to play anything, virtually none of my theme or wps settings I have been using would function, specifically "cabbie unifont-160x128x16.wps". The screen would revert to the default B/W WPS.
I reinstalled tthe last build I was using, iriver Version: r17732-080618, and everything works fine. I removed RockBox and tried the latest build again and had the same problems.
I did notice in the list of changes that were apparently done that affect the "Cabbie2" WPS, but I am using the one above, the unifont "Cabbie".
Obviously some of these changes must have affected the WPS settings I am trying to use, but what it is describing is pretty much beyond me with regard to what to do about it.
I very much like the "Cabbie" WPS, so I am hoping there are some changes I can try to make it work with the newer builds.
Thanks
Llorean:
All WPSes that are not the included official ones need to be updated to work with current builds. Please, check commit messages to see if breaks are expected before reporting things. All old themes need to be fixed by their authors, or if duly licensed, by anyone who feels like it.
As a note: this is NOT an installation question.

I have the same problem. None of my WPS are working anymore, since the last update, yesterday night. This would be a major reason for me to go back to a build, which is about 2 or 3 days old (there it was still working. Is it a problem to just "overwrite" the rockbox folder with an older build?
Llorean:
This is NOT A BUG. You need to fix your WPSes. We do not provide support for out of date builds.
LAfant:
Sorry I'm quite aware this is not a bug, have there been any major changes to the WPS-Syntax in the last 2 days, as only the default cabbie v2 theme is working. By the way I am using gigabeat F40. Thanks for the quick reply.
