What is wrong with this code?!?

I've been updating my wps's to work with conditional viewports and I'm stuck!
I have no idea why this coding won't work.  Can anyone help?

it would help to know what your issue actually is....

also... "%?C<%Vda%Vdb%Vdc%Vdd%Vde|%VdA%VdB%VdC%VdD>" can be changed to "%?C<Vda|Vdb>" if you give all the lowercase viewports the letter 'a' and the uppercase ones 'b'.... vp identifiers dont need to be unique

Thanks for the info.  The problem was I was getting the old default theme.

So I figured out that I'm not allowed to use capital letters for defining viewports.
