svn error (vista)

I'm getting pretty sick of Vista, and it just doesn't stop! I had removed cygwin some months ago and just re-installed it today. Everything went smoothly. Now, whenever I type the checkout line to get the source I get one of those windows errors that says "svn.exe" has stopped working. Any Ideas?

This seems like something better asked in cygwin or svn support channels.
