What happens when you plug in the player to your USB cable while it's off?  Does it boot into the Sansa firmware?  If you can get it to connect to your computer in MSC mode (like a disk drive), simply run the Rockbox Utility installer.

When i plug my player with the USB cable is  turning on and then appears a white screen........and stays like this till i shut it down holding the power off button  15 seconds

Alright, well I've reached the end of my knowledge.  I suggest you search the forums for "unknown bootloader" and read the SansaUnbrick wiki page.  It's most likely that your player can be brought back from the dead but not if you do anything rash; act slowly and think it through.
