problem white screen

When i'm installing the e200 rpathcher it says "patching aplication uploaded successfully" and on my sansa it says "unkown bootloader rockbox installer cannot continue ";"release hold and press any key to shutdown".When i'm starting in normal mode white screen appears and can't do anything......please help me!thx...

The results from searching the forums for "unknown bootloader" seem to indicate that you don't have a true R series model. Did you read the message written in bold at the top of both the main e200R page and the installation page?

Please follow our posting guidelines. "HELP!please help!" isn't anything one could call a descriptive topic title, and by registering the forums you accepted our guidelines which ask you exactly not to do this but use a descriptive topic.

I mess up the bootloader and the recovery mode doesn't work,what should i do??
