Sansa c240 will not accept Rockbox firmware

It will not recognize the firmware, nor will the bootloader work with it. I downloaded the win32 app but it refuses to work.

If you know all about v1 vs v2, then you will also have read lots of posts about searching, reading the manual, following the guidelines, fully describing your problem including the steps you have followed and what happened and many other things that you did not do.

For all we know, the Win32 app you downloaded could have been a simulator...
