If you had a male/male cable, could you record through the ViPods headphone jack?

Just curious, cause I never saw anything over this, unless I'm blind.

presuming thats a video ipod. i think you can do that thru the headphone jack with ipodlinux...

No, the 5th Gen. iPod only has a line-in, and it is located in the dock connector.
