HELP IPOD NANO HANGUP

Hello, I connected my ipod to the computer for a second after it was fully loaded. than it just started the apple logo display, after that i tried to restart it over menu and select and then it's lkike dont start i tried now to connect to the computer. not again this happend already and i switched the battery then it worked again. now please help me. really rockbox this errors are really bad.

im trying everything menu+select menu+play
it dont start no display message like he would even recongnize what im doing

I don't know what that's supposed to mean. You mean it restarts and then hangs again?

no i ment that if i want to start the player it comes nothing like it is turned off, the last time something happend was when it wants to switch from bootloader to disc mode but then it hang up, i disconnected it to restart it and since then nothing works
its like dead nothing on the screen already the second time

Switch the hold switch on then off. Then hold
Menu
+
Select
for at least 30 seconds with the nano on a flat surface so your fingers don't move.

Maybe the battery is dead. Try charging it overnight then repeat the key combination.

ok thanks i gonna try it, if not i gonna go to a apple store. i know they get sometimes a bit angry if they hear that linux is installed on the ipod... but lets see, if not i gonna buy a new one. that sucks. mhh lets see what gonna happen

so now nothing changed, it is still not going on.
so what else could i do?

Please use complete words as described in the forum guidelines.
The key combination for the hard reset should always work unless there's a hardware problem with the player. If you wiggle your fingers at all the key combination may not be recognized. I have had issues at times with the nano getting it to recognize the key combination.
