Shortcut to sound settings

Hi all
Is there a shortcut to the EQ / Cross-feed etc in the latest version? I seem to remember I could go directly to these by pressing the record or something.
I really liked this, especially good for the car.

From the WPS, hold down the context menu button (SELECT on my H300, but it varies from model to model).  Then select Sound Settings.

WPS = While Playing Screen

The Context Menu is the menu that gets pulled up when holding the select (or whatever) button for two to three seconds (or so).  If you used to hold record to get to the menu where the EQ settings and such were before they were moved, hold that button, then proceed as pondlife said two posts earlier in this thread.  They will be in there.
