e260r Totally messed up

I successfully installed rockbox, and had that for a while.

 

When i now turn on my player, it says "load main image Failed. Switch to recovery mode"

 

 

So i switched to recovery mode, added a file that rockbox told me to add (1.02.15a.mi4) and when i restart, it still gives me the " load main image failed" message.

 

 Also, my computer doesnt recognize my mp3 player, unless its in recovery mode.

 

 

Any way i can get to the factory settings?
