Pitch shift issue

Using an ipod 60Gb.  I've been downloading latest builds. For some reason all seem to have the same problem. When you pitch shift, crossfade fails to work properly.  Anyone can help me out ?

I have posted this issue before but no reply. Can someone inform me on this ? When you use pitch shift crossfade fails to happen properly. Anyone out there knows the problem ?
