Sansa E-280FM - Interface with FOLDERS. is that possible?

I don't know if you can verify the difference before you buy. I believe that you need to check the firmware version*, which would mean taking it out of the box. If you're lucky, it'll be packaged in such a way that no-one can tell you opened it up, and you can try getting a refund. But I've never seen the boxes they're packaged in, so I really don't know.

Buy at your own risk, I suppose.

*I suppose dismantling the player and seeing what chips are on the board would be another way, but that will almost certainly make it tricky to return.
