Hi I'm new to rockbox. 1 question. Is the peak meter available for playback of files, or only for recording? If it's configurable for file playback, how do you view it? Thanks

You can set the peak meter for playback through either a custom WPS (while playing screen), or using the old rockbox_default WPS, which uses the peak meters.

I was going to suggest you have a look at the WPS's available in the Wiki, but it turns out it won't do you much good.

Maybe someone who has a Sansa will know where to look for good WPS's?

Hey,
Why dont you try going into the WPS file, going to a blank line and adding %pm to it, that should display a peak meter on the screen.
