New at rockbox need help uninstalling

Ok so I have a Toshiba gigabeat F10 and i have rockbox on it and working.  Now i want rockbox off.  My computer recently crashed (courtesy of limewire) and i havent loaded gigabeat room back on when i put rockbox on it.  Ive been using windows media player 11 to put music on it before i put rockbox on the thing.  Did i screw myself or is there a way to get back to the gigabeat firmware.

No I know that but I mean I deleted my gigabeat firmware

If you used the official install method, you should've backed up a copy of it on your player, not just on your PC.
