Pictures have to be in bmp format and with that theme you're using in the resolution 80x80 pixel (normally it's 100x100). Simply put a filename called 'cover.bmp' in a directory and that cover will be displayed for any file that is opened from that directory.

the problem is only,
the ipod doenst store the files in a folder.
he sorts it in folders from F1 to F49,and songs from the same album arent in the same folder, and there are other songs from other albums to in one directory.
i didnt find a possibilty to remove ths annoying fact.

According to http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/AlbumArt#Where_To_Put_The_Images you can also save the images to /.rockbox/albumart/artist-albumtitle.bmp

If you don't intend to use Apple OS to listen to music on your ipod then you can also just copy your music directly to the ipod via drag and drop. Rockbox can play the files from anywhere on the disc - no need for obfuscated file- and foldernames.

Put them all in /.rockbox/albumart/ named as artist-albumtitle.bmp. See the Wiki page for more options.

Frankly, the real solution is to untangle iTunes' moronic  and pointless directory structure and arrange them in a more sane format. If you're still using the iPod firmware, this becomes slightly more tricky, as you also have to rebuild the database so that the OF knows where the tracks are. But I think there are tools out there that can handle that for you.

That depends on the theme you use.
There is currently no album art resizing in the official build.
So if the WPS expects 80x80 pixel album art it would probably be clever to convert the images to a resolution of 80x80 pixel.
