Sansa e260v1 not reading HC Micro SD Card

I'm running version r17617-080523 of RockBox.
For some reason I do not see any of the mp3's that are on the 4gb micro sd card.
There is nothing under files/microsd1 and they aren't in the database. Any chance someone has any idea how to get a HC Micro SD card to work with RockBox?

settings > general settings > file view  > "show files" make sure that isnt set to playlists or something which would hide certain files/folders

What IS your "show files" setting?

Have you tried re-initializing the database?

I've tried all the show files settings and they don't work. I have also tried re-initializing the database but still no good. I'm beginning to think that RockBox doesn't realy support HC Micro SD cards at all.

Seeing as they work for other people I would claim that they are.  I don't understand why you don't see anything with show files set to all.

The setting itself definitely works. What exactly are you doing? What value is that setting set to? Oh, and: what files, especially what file types do you have on the SD card? Can you access the files on the card on a PC via a card reader? Do they player on the PC (of the card)?

It is set to show all. I have only MP3 files on there and yes, they do play from the card while in my card reader. I guess it's ok, I've put in an RMA for the player. I bought it as a refurbished player. I'll go to an electronics store and buy a new one that I can see if it is version 2 first hand. Thanks for your help everyone.
