E250 menu issue

I got everything to load OK but the down button to navigate the menu does not work. The side buttons seem to be OK and the top button seems to be OK but I can't navigate the menu it just stays at Files.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's nice and cryptic, I read the manual and it doesn't talk about this issue. The down scroll does not work everything else seems to.

Turning the scroll wheel should scroll up and down in lists - is this what you were asking?  (I'm a little unclear...)
