Timed auto-shutdown

Is there somewhere in the menu to set a timer to auto-shutdown the player after x amount of time?  I like to go to sleep listening to music, but I don't want it playing all night long.

Yes, the sleep timer in the system menu.

The manual would have told you this... (hint hint ;))
