help - cant access the folder that holds the mp3s

I use a desktop shortcut on the toolbar of windows xp.
This does not show hidden files
If the sansa firmware was hidding the folders they would not be visable, they always are unless the frmware is updated.

Just to clarify this is going into the folders properties and clearing the hidden check box
