Sandisk e280 on woot ?

there's a Sandisk e280 on woot.com today... anyone know if its a V1 ??

How are we supposed to know? You have to find out yourself by buying it.

can you not tell by looking at it ? Are there visual design differences between v1 and v2 ?

Looks like a good deal, was just trying to help people out.

The only sure-fire way to find out is to look at the firmware revision. A v1 Sansa will have a firmware starting with 01.XX.XX, while a v2 will have 03.XX.XX.

So you have to buy it to find out for sure.
