Unable to Find Music

I am new to Rackbox and have spent some time now fooling around with the different WPS themes. I was switching back to the original ipod software to watch my videos and I noticed that they were all gone. I then checked my music and that was gone as well. Pictures are still there.

I can access my music through rockbox and when I plug my Ipod into iTunes the files show up there as well. I simply can't access them through the traditional way. I am running the iPod 5G and would like any help if you know what's going on.

Sounds like the itunes database on the iPod is corrupt.  Maybe there is an option in itunes to reinitialise the database on the iPod?
