Hi...

I know I am going to sound dumb....BUT...can someone please tell me (or point me in the direction of where I can find the info) what I should install onto my iaudio x5.

I finally replaced my old x5 which I broke a while back. I keep hearing about rockbox now...so would someone mind telling me which version suits the x5 best/

You're best off with the link that says "manual" on the left side of the screen. Then if you encounter any parts that specifically  confuse you, try coming back and asking "what does this mean?" about it.

I am a bit of a technophobe...but want to try out Rockbox.
