ok so heres the problem i have 8gb sanse e280 and i think i used raphsody instruc for it.... cause "MSC" and "MTP" are in usb options....

so i did everything!! now it reboots and upgrades firmware like u said it will and then.. it never loads all it sais is sandisk and i left it there for awhile!.. my sanse is mostly full by the way... so is there anyway to fix this or any instructions for non raphosdy sansa's...

Which instructions did you use exactly? 

As far as "instructions for non raphosdy sansa's," there are instructions in the Rockbox Manual.  You can find a link in the navigation bar on the left side of this web page.

There is the shuffle option for that. Try reading the manual before you post your problems, it helps a lot.
