can i use an mac with my iriver rock box os???

I've been going through the above steps attempting to do a manual install, 
 http://www.misticriver.ne...g-firmware-osx-linux.html, however when I try to download  "ihp_120.hex" I get a page with Japanese characters. Any ideas?

maybe the download page is done? Rasher has a mirror of the firmware files -- there's a link in the wiki. Besides, your link to misticriver is broken.

How about trying the "search" box in the left-side menu?

sorry bluebrother i'd be glad to help but it was a few months ago that i was installing rockbox and my iriver has since been very poorly (hardware, not rockbox issues) It now only boots into iriver firmware so i'm not able to do any testing!

gregg, any luck with the .hex?
