Yes and no ...
Theoretically yes. But you most likely have build a dynamic binary (unless you rebuild Qt and configured it for static binaries ;) ) which links all needed libraries dynamically, so you (and therefore others trying to run your binary) need to have those files present. In this case especially all Qt libraries. In contrast to this the binary available on the download server is built statically, so all Qt libraries are already present in the binary. This increases the size of the resulting binary but you don't need to have the libraries installed on your system.
