i deleted Rockbox by mistake directly from the ipod and now i cannot find my ipod when i plug it into my computer, and the same message appears on the ipod screen:

"Rockbox boot loader

Partition1:0x0B 28537 MB
loading Rockbox...
Error!
Can't load rockbox.ipod:

Hold MENU+SELECT to reboot
then SELECT+PLAY for disk mode"

The answer is on your iPod's screen.
Press the Menu+Select buttons to force a reboot
as soon as you see the apple logo
Press the Select+Play buttons to enter Apple disk mode.
(Select is the center unmarked button.)

The IpodFAQ has an entry for this and is even faster as ASAP. Why don't you check this first?  ??? Note that you need to force a reset (using Menu + Select) to leave emergency disc mode again.
