What is the time zone of the site and the forum?

Hi,I'm just a fan of Rockbox and I almost visit this site everyday. 'Cuz I'm now in China(GMT+08:00), I have to do the conversion of time everytime I visit the site/forum. Since I didn't find anywhere telling the time zone,I have to guess. From my experience, I guess that the time zone of the main site is GMT,and the forum's is GMT-05:00 or GMT-06:00. Am I right ??? And how about writting the current time of the site on the index page since people in different regions visit Rockbox's website everyday?  :)

Then,the next question,what is the time zone of the main site?

I seem to remember that the server for the main site in in Sweden so I guess CET which will be the same as GMT right now as Europe is in Daylight Saving.

Daylight saving in CET is GMT + 2
Normal CET is GMT + 1

As far as I know, the website is in GMT.
