Anything better than WinFF?
(1/1)
Iñigo Montoya:
Hello,
I am really enjoying my rockboxed sansa e200 and it's new mpeg2 capabilities. I have been using WinFF to encode videos. It works ok but seems very unstable and buggy on my Windows XP system. I am unable to do batch encoding with it. Are there any other free open source ffmpeg frontends that are suitable?
The features i'm looking for are presets and batch encoding. I am planning on copying over the command line arguments from the WinFF presets. I will continue my search and post here if I find something. Thank you.

This really isn't a question for these forums. They're here for support and issues relating to the software we create (Rockbox and its various official tools). WinFF is just something that was posted on the wiki as a "Here, you may as well try this." doom9.org has good forums for such matters, I've heard.
