Line out for Sansa E200?

I realize it's been awhile since this topic was visited, but I was wondering how this issue was reolved for the current release.

Is there true line level output from the dock?  I'm trying to decide if it's worth it getting a Griffin powerdock.

I can't comment on absolute levels, but to my ears it appears that the OF level in the Powerdock is the same as Rockbox at +6dB (not Rockbox at 0dB).

I have an e260 (with Rockbox of course).

Are we talking about a line-out via the USB connector?

Moreover, are we talking about a true line-out, rather than a headphone out with fixed level?

Dock connector, and its line out in the sense that it'll have high impedance so its not exactly a headphone out.
