Iriver X20 - LCD Backlight Driver

I have a problem with LCD Backligt. The problem is in the small chip witch is mark "DOK"? Anybody now what is it? And where can i found the same chip in the other devices?

The iriver X20 is not supported by Rockbox. You're better off asking on Misticriver.
