Sansa will not mount in Mac OS/X

I just came across this thread and have a similar configuration, so I figure this is as good a place as any to ask. I've installed Rockbox on my Sansa and it still will not mount on my Mac.

Any workarounds for that?

Rockbox does not have a working UMS USB mode of its own at this time, you need to boot into the Sansa original firmware to make a USB connection.

Thanks for the response! Not what I was hoping to hear, but thanks anyway ;-)

If it's anything like the e200 series then you only need to shut down and connect the cable.  Then the (Rockbox) bootloader will launch the original firmware with database rebuilding disabled.  As soon as you disconnect the system automatically restarts back into Rockbox.
